You would serve as a key point of contact for crew leaders, clients, homeowners, general contractors, and the internal team.The right person will be organized, practical, people-focused, and comfortable balancing schedules, quality, materials, communication, and job performance in a fast-moving field environment.<h2 style="margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;">What You'll Do</h2><ul><li>Oversee multiple painting jobsites, including people, materials, schedules, and quality</li><li>Plan daily operations with Crew Foremen while keeping safety as a priority</li><li>Manage ordering, inventory, equipment needs, and jobsite logistics</li><li>Communicate clearly with homeowners, general contractors, property managers, and internal team members</li><li>Track labor hours, project changes, production progress, and cost controls</li><li>Mentor, support, and develop crew members and foremen</li><li>Complete punch lists and help ensure strong final results</li><li>Contribute ideas and improvements to systems as the company continues to grow</li></ul><h2 style="margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;">What You Bring</h2><ul><li>2-3+ years of painting experience preferred, in residential or commercial environments</li><li>Construction or property management background also welcome</li><li>2+ years of experience leading teams or managing projects preferred</li><li>Strong ability to multitask, schedule work, and keep projects organized</li><li>Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills</li><li>Detail-oriented approach with strong follow-through</li><li>English fluency required; Spanish is a plus</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li><li>Comfort using technology; training will be provided on company tools</li><li>Self-motivated and able to succeed in a fast-paced, seasonal work environment</li></ul><h2 style="margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;">What We Offer When Roles Open</h2><ul><li>$80,000 - $96,000+ Depending on experience.</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Year-round employment in a seasonal industry</li><li>Mentorship and leadership development</li><li>Opportunity to have a voice in shaping the future of a growing company</li><li>A mountain lifestyle with access to skiing, trail running, paddleboarding, hiking, biking, and year-round outdoor recreation</li></ul><h2 style="margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;">About Mountain Pro</h2>Founded in the mid-1980s and revitalized in 2013, Mountain Pro has grown into Summit County's largest painting contractor, with expanding operations in Vail and Durango.
