What You'll Do

As a Spray Crew Painter, you'll apply flawless finishes using airless and conventional spray equipment. This role demands speed, skill, and an eye for detail. You'll work with experienced teams to produce clean, lasting results in beautiful but demanding mountain conditions.

Apply paint, stain, lacquer, and coatings using professional spray equipment (Graco, Titan, etc.)
Follow blueprints, job specs, and verbal instructions
Handle prep work: masking, sanding, priming, and clean-up
Maintain and troubleshoot spray systems
Work confidently at heights: ladders, lifts, scaffolding
Communicate clearly with crew leads and teammates
Stay safe and alert on active job sites

What We're Looking For

13 years of spray painting experience (residential or commercial preferred)
Familiarity with airless and conventional spray systems
Comfortable working outdoors year-round and at elevaion
Reliable transportation to Breckenridge/Summit County
Fluent in either English or Spanish
Bonus: experience with fine finishes like trim, doors, or cabinetry
Bonus: steady, positive, and dependable under pressure

As a Spray Crew Painter, you’ll be responsible for applying finishes using airless and conventional spray equipment on a wide variety of surfaces. You'll work on high-end homes, commercial properties, and infrastructure projects with a team that values your skill and attention to detail. This is not an entry-level role, we’re looking for someone who knows their way around a sprayer, can troubleshoot on-site, and deliver consistent, clean, and efficient work.

Key Responsibilities

Apply paint, stains, and coatings using airless and conventional spray equipment
Read and follow job specifications, blueprints, and instructions
Maintain, clean, and operate spray systems safely and efficiently
Prepare surfaces (masking, sanding, priming, etc.) for spray applications
Work at heights (including on lifts or scaffolding) safely and confidently
Collaborate with team members and foremen to meet quality and schedule goals
Adhere to safety protocols on active job sites

What We’re Looking For

1 to 3 years of experience in spray painting for residential or commercial projects
Proficiency with airless and conventional spray systems (e.g., Graco, Titan)
Ability to work in outdoor and high-altitude environments
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Must be able to arrange reliable transportation to job sites
Spanish or English fluency (either is acceptable)
